A ray of hope for city shoppers looking for a taste of indie design that doesn't cost charming-west-village-boutique prices is to be found in one of the unlikeliest of places this fall: your local Urban Outfitters. Much to our collective surprise, the hipster megachain has partnered with a truly impressive roster of too-cool-for-school labels like Steven Alan and Corpus, yielding a covetable array of pocketbook-friendly goods—most pieces falling well under $150. And they've got cheeky names to boot: Grey Ant's collection is cleverly titled "Grey Antics," while Paul & Joe Sister's wares are "Rendez-Vous." Sure to sell out first are the delicate necklaces from Bee 23 by Bing Bang, as well as Grey Antic's retro-looking high-waist jeans. So stop leaning your face against the dewy windows of Saks waxing nostalgic for your 2007 finances and get to spending.
