Last week, Windsor Wines reopened in its new location on 216 Prospect Park West. The store has a big selection and a back patio for warm-weather wine tastings, but its real draw is the stained glass sign above the storefront. Covered for years by signage from the pet store that used to occupy the space, the sign promises candy, soda, and ice cream. None of those things are available inside, of course, but it sure looks nice.
