To be filed under gag-us-with-a-spoon: Sources tell The Daily Express that the unendingly glowy starlet Jessica Biel has "started sketching designs" for a new collection of handbags for William Rast. William Rast, as most of you no doubt know, is the fashion company founded by none other than Jessica Biel's boyfriend, the equally glowy Justin Timberlake (with his friend, Trace Ayala). Now, what qualifies the young actress to handle the new challenge? Other than a bit of free time, having arguably not starring in a role worth bragging about since her hot-as-heckfire turn in "The Illusionist" in 2006? (Sidebar, sorry Jessica, if you're crazy busy filming things like "Nailed" and "Planet 51," which we just read about on imdb.com.) Well, according to Star, an insider revealed that "Jessica is casual when it comes to clothes, but she loves bags." Hmm.
