From too-cool-for-school style mag Nylon comes a sneak peak at Charlotte Ronson's upcoming line for JCPenney, "I Heart Ronson," hitting stores and online Spring 2009. While at this moment it might seem inconceivable that we'll ever be shopping for frilly florals again, it also seems likely we'll (good gravy, we're going to say it) be lining up outside a JCPenney the day this launches to get a glimpse of some of these pieces. Anyone know where the closest location is? Jersey? Queens? Whatever happened to JCPenney opening a store in Manhattan? Hell-o?
Already familiar with large-scale collaborations after her Play by C. Ronson collection for Urban Outfitters, the big highlights from this new collection also have Ronson's trademark quirky-cool-girl staples like frothy florals layered with vests and leggings. Note the early '90s vibe of these shots—it's like "Clueless" all over again and we can't wait!
