It would appear so, per a Curbed tipster's report: "It is Friday night and there is a crane with three large flatbed trucks setting up shop in front of 704 Broadway. Traffic has pretty much been narrowed down to one lane. There are 'No Parking' signs up, but they don't look like they are from the police department.
