There are two parts to this story. Part One: the city cut a deal to turn 2.5 acres of Kissena Corridor Park into a gravel parking lot and got $900,000 for the land. Part Two: No one knows what happened to the money. New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens has been paying $24,943 a month for the once-wooded lot as part of a three-year lease set to expire at the end of the year.
