Week in Review: Standard Views, Moondance Hotel Madness, Apple Rumormongering, Williamsburg Market Confidence, More

And, now, as you settle into your Saturday routine, check out some of the top items on Curbed this past week.

1) MePa: It is impossible to get too much Standard Hotel. André Balazs' High Line hotel is now hiring and the tipster spyshots looking out are very cool.

2) Soho: The Moondance Hotel design was finally seen and it's quite something, "an outdoor plaza approximately two floors up with the hotel resting atop it." Fascinating.

3) Williamsburg: The rumor of the week is that the Salvation Army Building at the corner of N. 7 St. and Bedford Avenue is being purchased by Apple. Stay tuned.

4) Bowery: The seemingly abandoned six-story building 190 Bowery (at Spring) is a "72-room Bohemian dream house," inhabited for the past 42 years by photographer Jay Maisel and his family, and the city's best deal. Ever.

5) Williamsburg: Trouble in the real estate market? It's full speed ahead at Northside Piers, where a second tower has now gone on sale.

6) Williamsburg: Speaking of which, the SteelWorks Lofts, which aren't far from the aforementioned Toll Brothers developments, have been revealed. For more stories from Curbed, go to curbed.com.
