Looks like Park Slope might not be getting a Jewish ritual bath--a mikvah--because the developer planned to sweeten the deal with a couple of hotel rooms and a conference room. The facility is supposed to be on 15th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. Neighbors are upset about "traffic and parking congestion," which would mean a lot ritual bathing would be going on in Park Slope. The Department of Buildings is taking a look at the plans.
