We thought this could be Matt Damon's glorious rooftop, but alas, a commenter writes: "NOT Matt Damon's apartment. Was bought last year as raw space for around $3 mil. Investor looking to flip. Matt Damon is in another unit." Jason Bourne doesn't even own the penthouse? Embarrassing. But that doesn't make this apartment any less of a stunner.
