The Donald and his ilk are an unpredictable breed, which is why we knew the guesses on this new-to-market 2BR condo in the Trump Tower would be erratic. Indeed, there were guesses under $2 million, all the way up to $25 million ("C'mon guys, this is the epitome of Trump Luxury! The first of the super luxury breed.") Though priced at a very healthy $3,700/sqft, two PriceSpotters were right on the money. Bold asking price for these troubled times, perhaps? Not in Trump City.
