Living next to a construction site is never fun—as any riled-up neighbor will tell you—and just to show how not fun it is, one East Village resident on 13th Street shot a video to let us experience the construction noise and cinderblock views he now enjoys. Randomly, the building going up is the one right next to the famed Milstein Mystery Lot, across the street from David Zwirner's double-wide townhouse of angry awesomeness.
