Remember that building in the South Slope that was causing all the crack problems a couple of years ago? Well, it's not on crack anymore and it's finally been unveiled. The building is formally known as The Armory Plaza and it's at 406 15th Street. It comes from the architectural outfit called Bricolage Designs, which is esteemed in South Brooklyn for its prodigious use of brick. Well, at least, all of the construction drama is over. We couldn't find evidence of the building coming to the market yet, but maybe it's just flying under the radar.
