Curbed PriceSpotter: Kid-Friendly Down By the River

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 4BR, 2.5BA co-op on Riverside Drive btwn 114th/115th
Square Feet: 2,596
Maintenance: $2,313
The Skinny: This pre-war Morningside Heights co-op already has a lot to offer the kiddies, like access to Riverside Park for recreation and proximity to an Ivy League school for inspiration. And then there's the apartment itself, which looks like it has a whole wing dedicated to kids, made up of two bedrooms linked by a "children's play area." The listing even mentions a "homework area." Big family-friendly apartments usually get snapped up in a heartbeat, but not this one. In keeping with the theme of the month, this one is a fresh PriceChopper. Our gut tells us not to give this vital info away, but we're feeling generous: $350k was lopped off the price. The building has a laundry room, roof deck and a gym is "budgeted and approved." So, how much?
