Today is a big one for Queens, as the City Council weighs in on a pair of megaprojects: Hunters Point South and Willets Point. A Curbed source at the proceedings tells us Hunters Point South was approved after the city promised 200 more units of senior housing paid for by federal funding. The Willets Point vote is coming around 1:30, but it's expected to pass. A subcommittee has already voted in favor of the redevelopment. [CurbedWire Inbox]
