This is 380 Union Avenue a Kutnicki Bernstein building that's finally going up in what we like to call the Union Triangle where buidlings from from Karl Fischer, Michael Muroff and Robert Scarano are going up. This one (rendering in an old post here) will be six stories and have 66 apartment. Last week, we noted the slow but steady progress on what we call Scarano's Prince of Darkness Building at 365 Union Avenue. (Brownstoner also took a look at the Scarano master work today.) Give the area a year and no one will recognize it.
