The L Haus, a Long Island City development that had remained a mystery for a long time before revealing itself, is finally getting its skin on and it even bears a resemblance to the renderings. Give or take. Prices of listings that are currently up run from $445,000 for a 1BR to $1.35 million for the highest priced 3BR. Per the promo copy, the "most distinguishing feature" of the building is "The Yard" which is "over 10,000 sf of landscaped green space...with a rolling lawn, water feature, lounges, tables and grills."
