Now that the global economy is saved, the world's billionaires can get back to the business of buying the stacked glass Jenga pieces known as 56 Leonard, Hezog & de Meuron's massive chunk of Tribeca starchitecture. Amidst concern that market turmoil would prevent this fabulously expensive mindbender from ever getting off the ground, we dispatched Curbed photographer Will Femia to the scene, but the plywood was mighty that day, friends. The Femster returned over the weekend, and here is the proof we need to allay fears of a permanent Tribeca mud pit: concrete and stuff! Your move, Koolhaas!
