"Make sure in the winter when its freezing out that you constantly take a bucket of water to that area, so when they get out of the cab, the slip and fall. Yes, take the cone and the sign as basically they are both at the curb already to be thrown out and you are only doing your civic duty to move them further to the garbage. They need to get city approval and when they do, the curb is painted yellow or orange. I have the same issue with the hotel next door to me but I wonder if they painted the curb and its really not there loading/unloading zone. But even with all the satisfaction of getting revenge, in the end, you will probably not win b/c they pay someone to harrass people."
