Supposedly a former brewery at 949 Bergen in Prospect Heights sold for $7.5 million in he spring with about 90,000 buildable square feet. Nonetheless, the "for sale" sign is still up. Nothing much going on there but some new street art although the announced intention early on was to preserve the brewery and add some new low rise buidings and some ground floor retail and, maybe a brew pub.
