Ohio boy Craig Zucker only moved to the city in 2003, but he's accrued enough, um, "ambition" to start selling twenty-ounce bottles of NYC tap (a.k.a. Tap'd NY) for $1.50. We're not knocking the quality of the product — just last month, NYC's pipes turned out winning water at the State Fair — but even Zucker admits that his friends and family have told him "it was the most brilliant idea they'd ever heard, or the stupidest."
