Is Sam Talbot headed west? Bottomless Dish reports (via an "industry source") that Talbot is considering a move from Montauk to Chelsea, to open a restaurant of his own. Surf Lodge closes for the season on October 31, which means that Sam needs someplace new to go. Considering his recent engagement … well, it might be a good idea to have a hobby over the winter. As for potential spaces, we can't pretend to have any insight into the mind of Sam Talbot, but we have a suggestion of our own: El Cid just lost its lease. While it's more meatpacking than Chelsea, it would put him at the waxed, orangey-tanned heart of the neighborhood, and isn't that an ideal locale for a reality-television star?
