We're now hearing the chef in question is none other than Top Chef alum Memo Trevino. Since there were only a few controversial items last night—Travertine, 180 Lafayette, and a gastropub at 37 West 8th—and Travertine would be the likeliest of all to hire someone high profile, our money's on the big guy joining in at 19 Kenmare.
