Minetta Tavern Opens for Late “Supper”

Keith McNally's slow and deliberate debut of the restored Minetta Tavern continues. As of today, the restaurant is now open for supper on Sunday through Thursday until 1 a.m. and Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m. — the menu kicks in at midnight. Indeed, for the more well-heeled Central Village drink enthusiast, the option of a 2 a.m. Black Label burger is a serious development. Check out the late-night menu, below.
