Billy's Expands, Happy B-day JGV, More

TRIBECA— Chelsea sweet shop Billy's Bakery has announced it plans to expand to Tribeca this May. The new outpost, at 75 Franklin between Church and Broadway, will be twice as big as the Chelsea location. [EaterWire]
