Pete Wells reports that Chris Lee will be leaving Gilt, the restaurant for which he just secured two Michelin stars, at the end of the year to take over the kitchen at Aureole, which will be moving to Bryant Park: "Mr. Lee will replace Tony Aiazzi, who had been the executive chef for almost two years at Aureole, which will move from East 61st Street to the Bryant Park area next spring.
