Lost City checks in on the tragically delayed progress at Chumley's, and it looks about the same as it did two months ago. The latest projection is for the place to open in spring '09, two years after the closure. But some people are just now noticing: "Chumley's is gone? Man, that sucks. Gone? Wow. What a great place.
