While some restaurants struggle on without liquor licenses, others wait to open until they've finally procured theirs. Such was apparently the case with Calpurnia, a restaurant set to open on Thursday on 387 Court Street (the old Hole in the Wall Video space). Who are they blaming for the extended opening delay? Why the corrupt SLA of course! But to make up for it, they're giving you a free glass of wine if you come in opening night.
