This just in over the wire regarding some NYPD presence at Soho non-gem Delicatessen:
"I live next to Delicatessen, I walked out of my bldg this morning around 8am and saw a NYPD officer standing at the delivery entrance on Prince, the sidewalk was blocked off by yellow police tape and next to him was a black 3 drawer file cabinet....there were at least 2 NYPD vehicles parked out on Prince so I assume there were more officers inside...the restaurant was NOT open as it usually is at this time, the tables & chairs inside were still stacked and all the employees were sitting around the bar/front of restaurant."
