Westville Gets Slammed by New York State

This place just can't catch a break. Just two months ago the DOH slammed Westville for health violations and their weird toilet in the kitchen set up.

Now the State of New York is requiring the six year-old neighborhood spot to swap out their doors. According to a rep at the restaurant, the owners installed new doors before they opened back in '03, but because the entire block now has "historical" status, the building's facade must be restored to its original state. They should be back open for deliveries by 5 p.m. tonight, full service tomorrow.
