Why should JT and the SNL crew have all the fun? Get a crash course in the Single Ladies video's choreography at Chelsea Studios.

TO THE LEFT: If you've ever said "Ohmigod, this is totally my song" when Beyoncé's Single Ladies comes on, isn't it time you learned the moves from the oft-parodied video? (Hey, if JT knows them.) Chelsea Studios' Single Ladies Workshop will school your booty. 7:15PM, reservation required.

GRANDE DAME: Ernestine Anderson may not be mainstream-famous like her semi-contemporaries Sarah Vaughan or Ella Fitzgerald, but she can swing with the best, and with more nuance, too. She performs as part of the Sing Into Spring Festival kicking off tonight through Sunday at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola, at 7:30 and 9:30PM.

CHOU-IN: The Houston Street Whole Foods and Edible Manhattan magazine present Martha Ma and her sauerkraut prowess, teaching you cabbage fermentation essentials and serving up recipes and tastings. Edible DIY: Sauerkraut, 7PM.
