Our weekly Bar Buzz brings a nice roundup of recent openings — among the ones that haven’t gotten play on Grub Street, Bruar Falls is a DIY-minded performance space and Washington Commons in Washington Heights boasts an outdoor patio and sixteen beers on tap. Meanwhile, Tandem (also mentioned and shown here) isn’t the only nightspot coming to Bushwick — we had heard that Beauty Bar was opening a new location there, and now Green Shoelace has the address: 921 Broadway near Melrose Street. It opens next Friday.
