9/21: “Green Porno”'s Isabella Rossellini

Plus Moby comes to Irving Plaza, and Juliette Binoche hosts a “Blue”screening

BUGGING: We already loved Isabella Rossellini before, when she was an actress, model, filmmaker, and well-documented bon vivant. Then she went and created the Sundance Channel’s hilarious “Green Porno,” in which she dresses up in giant fly and snail costumes and acts out animal kingdom mating rituals, all to teach us to take better care of the earth. And now we pretty much want her to adopt us. She’ll discuss the series and sign the book "Green Porno: A Book and Short Films" at the Soho Apple store at 5PM.

PLAY: Whether you think he’s a genius, visionary genre-melder or a bald twerp who writes downtempo commercial jingles, Moby keeps on shaping the musical landscape (most recently with his mellow album “Wait for Me (Mute)”). He’ll be at the Fillmore at Irving Plaza tonight, with Moonraker lead singer Kelli Scarr opening. 8PM.

(RE)VISIT: If you’ve never experienced “Blue” (1993), one third of Krzysztof Kieslowski’s cinematic color triptych, on the big screen (or even if you have), do so tonight at BAM: If the haunting elliptical time-lapses don’t get you, meeting the film’s lead, Juliette Binoche – who’ll be on hand signing her book of sketches “Portraits In-Eyes" – will. 6:50PM.
