Pastry Chef Johnny Iuzzini Craves Italian and Iberian Eats

It's time for a Feast List, this one courtesy of Johnny Iuzzini. Iuzzini is the critically swooned-over and James Beard Award-winning pastry chef at Jean-Georges. He played into the fanfare by naming his cookbook Dessert FourPlay and Feast hears from an anonymous source that his handsome face might just turn up in the forthcoming season of Top Chef: Desserts.
