On TLC's 'Cake Boss' spin-off 'Next Great Baker,' premiering tonight at 9/8c, Greenpoint's Joseph Glaser will be among the contestants competing for $50k and the chance to work at the Boss's now infamous Carlo's Bakery in Jersey. Glaser is currently running a pop-up bakery with his wife called La Bella Torte at 341 Graham Avenue through December. Prior to this big debut, their claim to fame was getting Al Pacino to eat a cannoli while the star was filming in Brooklyn. [Greenpointers]
