Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic, smashed
12 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon fresh chives
4 sprigs fresh flat leaf parsley
≤ cup Fairway extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Smash the garlic and chop the fresh herbs. In a bowl, mix the garlic, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper all together. Drizzle the fresh herb mix over the steak to finish.
