Superbowl Burgers

West Coaster and Brooklyn's Best Burgers

West Coaster Burger

Ingredients:

10 oz. Beef Patty
1/2 Avocado
1 slice White Cheddar
1/4 oz. Alfalfa Sprouts
2 oz. Chimichurri Sauce
2 slices Apple-smoked Bacon
1 oz. Shredded Lettuce
1 Tomato Slice
3 oz. Tobacco Onions
1 Kaiser Roll

Method:

Season both sides of burger with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Cook to desired temperature. Toast roll with butter. When burger is just about ready, place cheese over burger and let melt. On bottom slice of roll place shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion. Next place burger on red onion. Place chimichurri sauce over burger followed by bacon strips, thinly sliced avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Place top of roll over burger. Put pickle spear on a 4 inch wooden skewer. Put skewer through center of roll. Neatly arrange burger on plate with multigrain chips.

Brooklyn's Best Burger

10 oz. Beef Patty
3 oz. Pastrami
2 oz. Sauerkraut
1 slice Swiss Cheese
2 oz. Russian Dressing
1 Pickle
3 oz. French Fries
1 Kaiser Roll

Method:

Season both sides of burger with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Cook to desired temperature. 3 minutes before burger reaches desired temperature place in saute pan. Place pastrami on burger followed by sauerkraut, Russian dressing and finally Swiss cheese. Place in 400* oven for 3 minutes (until cheese just melts). Remove burger from oven. Toast Kaiser roll with butter. Place burger on roll bottom, place roll top on burger. Place pickle spear on 4 inch wooden skewer. Place skewer through center of roll. Neatly arrange burger on plate with multigrain chips.
