‘Balcony Ballads': New Rochelle Violinist Performs for Neighbors to Lift Spirits

After the 7 p.m. salute to healthcare workers, Rosemarie Castellano serenades her New Rochelle neighbors to help them get through the coronavirus pandemic. Now she wants to raise money to help teach music to underprivileged kids. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal reports.
