Looking At the Seton Hall Pirates 2007-08 Hoops Schedule

The Big East has released the 2007-08 schedules for the 16 member schools. This year, all teams play each other once and there three home-and-homes in an 18-game conference schedule. All the schedules can be found here.

Toughest Non-Conference Games: NC State and Virginia or Penn (in Philadelphia)

Big East Home-and-Homes: Marquette, USF and Rutgers.

Toughest Stretch: The Pirates hit a deceptively rough period right at the end of January into February. They go a little way down the turnpike to play at Rutgers. A few days later they travel to Georgetown. Then they get Notre Dame at home followed by a bus trip to Philly to face Villanova. Marquette comes to them and then they have to go to West Virginia.

Biggest Game: January 3 UConn. Seton Hall moves to the Prudential Center in Newark this season. At long last leaving the Meadowlands. This will be the first conference game in the new place. Seton Hall plans to trumpet this inaugural season, so the conference opener takes on greater meaning.
