Jake Arrieta lost a regular-season road start for the first time in 14 months when Neil Walker hit a two-run homer and Travis d'Arnaud blooped a two-run single that pushed the New York Mets over Chicago 4-3 on Saturday night for their third straight win over the Cubs.

After winning his first 12 decisions, Arrieta (12-3) lost for the third time in six starts, giving up four runs and eight hits in 5 1/3 innings. He had been 19-0 in 24 regular-season road starts since losing at St. Louis on May 7, 2015.
