Christa Harmotto Dietzen, a native of Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania, made her Olympic debut in London, starting in all eight matches. The middle blocker has played professionally in China, Italy, and Turkey. The Penn State Alum has won gold at the 2014 FIVB World Championship and placed silver at the 2012 Olympics in London. She will serve as team captain in Rio.
