NBA Game Summary – New York at Miami

Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Dwyane Wade tied his own franchise record with 24 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Miami Heat in an impressive comeback win over the New York Knicks, 120-115.

Wade finished with 46 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds for the Heat, who have alternated wins and losses for the past 10 games. Jermaine O'Neal added 18 points and seven boards, while Jamario Moon totaled 17 points and 12 rebounds as the Heat rallied from 16 down in the final quarter.

Udonis Haslem had 10 boards and eight points, and Michael Beasley donated 12 points and seven boards for the Heat, who scored 19 in a row at one point late in the fourth.

Nate Robinson tallied 29 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the free-falling Knicks, who have lost three in a row. Chris Duhon had 19 points, nine helpers and six boards in defeat, while Larry Hughes went 4-for-7 from behind the arc en route to 19 points.

David Lee recorded his 48th double-double and 23rd in a row with 18 points and 13 rebounds for New York.

Up by two late in the game, Wade drove the lane and was fouled. After connecting on the three-point play, Miami was up 112-107 with 2:43 left.

Lee answered with a tip-in and Al Harrington nailed a long jumper to close it to 112-111 moments later.

Haslem had a layup but Hughes countered with a three to tie it at 114 with 1:19 left.

Wade had two baskets to only one free throw from Lee, and the Heat were up 118-115 with 38.7 ticks left.

New York lost the ball due to a bad pick and roll on its ensuing possession, but got the ball back following Moon's botched layup. Harrington worked the ball upcourt and Robinson eventually got it on the right wing, but his three- point bid caromed off the iron to seal the Knicks' fate.

The Knicks were up 34-22 after the first quarter and leading 67-59 at the intermission.

Two buckets from O'Neal and Wade's layup closed it to 74-71 with 7:55 left in the third frame.

From there, Hughes' three-pointer highlighted a 20-8 run that left the Knicks with a 94-79 advantage with 1:20 left. The visitors were up 98-83 heading into the final 12 minutes of play.

Harrington's two free throws gave the Knicks their biggest lead of the game, 102-86, with 9:35 showing on the clock.

Down 103-88 after Wade received a bloody lip, Miami responded with a 19-0 run to take the lead with 3:55 left in the tilt. Wade scored the first six points of the surge and also closed it out with nine straight points. O'Neal and Mario Chalmers also scored baskets on the burst, which gave the Heat a 107-103 lead.
