Tyler Nase, from Phoenixville , Pa. began rowing in 2006 at La Salle College High School. Recently he placed third in the 2016 World Rowing Cup I for Lightweight four. He finished second in the lightweight pair at the 2016 National Selection Regatta I. He moved west to the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California to try and make Team USA. An average day includes rowing 15 miles in the morning, hitting the weight room after lunch, and then rowing an 80-minute afternoon session.
