U.S. Condemns N. Korea's “Provocative Actions”

The Pentagon decried North Korea's firing of rockets into South Korean waters Monday, saying its "provocative actions" must stop. The condemnation came after North and South Korea exchanged over 800 artillery shells. Seoul said Pyongyang had fired more than 500 shells after Kim Jong Un's regime sent faxed an announcement that it would be conducting military drills, and the South retaliated with more than 300 shots fired into open water.
