Dubya Dissed Other Politicians During Presidency: Book

"This guy has no clue," Bush reportedly said about Obama

Dubya gave politicians in D.C. a presidential diss during his tenure in the White House.

Former President George W. Bush privately lashed out at fellow politicians during his presidency and didn't hold back when it came to Barack Obama, Sarah Palin or others, according to a memoir by former speech writer Matt Latimer.

"He came in one day to rehearse a speech, fuming," Latimer writes. "'This is a dangerous world,' he said for no apparent reason, 'and this cat [Obama] isn't remotely qualified to handle it. This guy has no clue, I promise you.'"

In "Speech Less: Tales of a White House Survivor," Latimer said Bush slammed colleagues on both sides of the aisle, according to excepts in GQ's October issue obtained by the New York Daily News

"If bull---- was currency," he said. "Joe Biden would be a billionaire."

Bush strained to remember if he had met Sarah Palin, according to the book.

"I'm trying to remember if I've met her before," he said. "What is she, the governor of Guam?"

Even though he was not a fan of Hillary Clinton, Bush was wary of her political prowess.

"Wait till her fat keister is sitting at this desk," he said.

A spokesperson for Bush declined to comment.
