The conservative author of the new book "Clinton Cash" has admitted in back to back interviews that he has no direct evidence Hillary Clinton intervened to help donors who gave generously to the Clinton Foundation — but he told NBC's Savannah Guthrie on "Today" Monday that he saw a "pattern of behavior" that merited an investigation. "I don't think a quid pro quo needs to be a standard," he said.
