According to the restraining order request filed by Teri Johnson, O'Ryan stated that he "packed all his belongings, permanently left Florida to drive across the country because be believes [Shawn] is speaking to him personally through the television via ESP and that he will be with her no matter what," the statement read.

Additionally the request noted that O'Ryan had "two loaded guns" – a 45mm handgun, a loaded shotgun "and materials classically used for kidnapping including duct tape, zip ties, a map to the victim," the court filing read. "Also found were love letters, clippings and other information on the victim."

Access Hollywood has learned that O'Ryan, who is from Yullee, Florida, is still in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department. He was booked on a felony charge and is being held on $35,000 bail.

According to the restraining order request, Shawn Johnson is "in fear for her life," and "extremely upset by this incident."

Teri Johnson in her statement said the family has "been on the move ever since and have not been able to rest at all for fear that this disturbed person will attempt to make good on his statements and attempt to harm my daughter and possibly us as well."

Reps for ABC and Mark Ballas could not be reached for comment.

On Wednesday evening, a rep for Shawn Johnson released a statement to Access.

"The matter has been turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles District Attorney's office," the statement read. "It is currently an ongoing investigation and we are confident that it will be handled appropriately by all involved."
