The posh corner condo unit features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that provide access to the wrap-around terrace.

The sweet unit, which is owned by Mark Hicks, the son of Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks, boasts an open floor plan where the living, dining, and entertainment spaces all flow seamlessly together. Hicks previously had the condo on the market for $1.625 million.

The new season of the reality show Khloe & Lamar will undauntedly find the couple shooting some pool in the billiards nook. We also have a hunch that Rob Kardashian will love this room.

Despite his much publicized trade to the Mavericks, Odom's lackluster performance on the court is far from impressive. Hopefully, settling into a swanky new apartment will ease him into life in Dallas and help improve his play on the court.

The couple's new home features a narrow wrap-around terrace. Building amenities include two fitness centers, a Bliss spa (for when the Kardashian sisters come to town), zero-edge infinity pool, a private entertainment room, and service called a 'Whatever Whenever' service, which Khloe is sure to take advantage of.

When Khloe can't make it courtside to cheer on her husband, she can soak in the tub and watch the games from the flat screen television mounted on the wall.

If Khloe doesn't feel like cooking, she can head down to the on-site Craft restaurant owned by Top Chef judge and acclaimed chef Tom Colicchio for some VIP access.

Despite all the sweet amenities in this crib, the home is a huge downsize for Khloe and Lamar. They currently own (and primarily live in) a gigantic 8,347-square-foot mansion in Tarzana, an L.A. suburb. Their Tinseltown home features a whopping seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It's unclear whether the $7,500-per-month rent includes the furnishings, but if they're not, the couple sure aren't lacking the resources to decorate the place themselves.
