Jennifer Aniston, Robin Williams and more stars have spoken out for children stricken with deadly diseases – and now, you can go behind the scenes with them on their shoots for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

St. Jude has launched several new spots for the holiday season, asking for donations to help fight diseases with Jennifer, Robin and more stars such as Antonio Banderas and NFL great Jason Taylor.

In one, Jennifer meets Ellie – a young girl who, with St. Jude’s care, has fought off a brain tumor.
“Every night, Ellie’s mom whispered in her ear,” Jennifer said in her spot.

“Go away, tumor, go away,” Ellie continued.

And before their scene, Jennifer couldn’t be more excited to meet her new friend, greeting Ellie with a big hug.
