Up to 21 people were killed and many more injured in anti-Chinese riots in Vietnam, NBC News reported. The riots are the result of Beijing placing an oil rig in a part of the South China Sea claimed by Hanoi. Thousands of Vietnamese rioters set fire to foreign factories — 460 companies were hit in Binh Duong province alone. China has condemned the attacks and urged Vietnam to punish those responsible and compensate victims.
