Search to Resume for Utah Flash Flood Victim

Volunteers were expected to search early Wednesday for a missing victim of flash floods on the Utah-Arizona border in which at least 16 others were killed, officials told NBC News.

Twelve people have already been confirmed dead after the "wall of water" swept away two vehicles containing members of two families in the small polygamous town of Hildale. A 13th was still missing early Wednesday. The same flash floods claimed at least four lives in nearby Zion National Park.

Among the dead were Sheldon Black Jr, Della Black and their young family including their infant son, Tyson, his brothers Seth and Shem and his sister, Melanie.

It is believed the couple had two older sons who were not present when the floods struck.
